How to register

CEQAS is an international EQA provider and is open to all laboratories offering a constitutional and haemato-oncology genetic service. For the full rance of EQAs offered, please go to EQA Process. CEQAS is operating worldwide but preference will be given to laboratories from Europe if an EQA is oversubscribed.

A laboratory must be registered with CEQAS in order to participate in EQA. Registration can take place throughout the year. Once registered laboratories can enrol for the specific EQAs they wish to participate in. For more detail please go to EQA Enrolment.

The registration process is quick and easy, just click on the 'Register' icon on this page and complete the short online registration form. You will be required to provide the following information:

  • VAT number
  • Correspondence address
  • Delivery address - if different from correspondence address
  • Billing address - if different from corespondence address
  • Individual email addresses for all contact personnel

Once your registration has been processed by the CEQAS office you will receive two emails, one with your user name and password for login and a second with your unique laboratory code (81***). For identification purposes this laboratory code must be used in all correspondence with the CEQAS office.

Laboratories with purely research or industrial roles, manufacturers of diagnostic instruments and reagents, and other laboratories are also welcome to participate. Manufacturers may do so on an 'information only' basis, i.e. receiving samples and returning results.
